Cancel or Edit an Order

If you need to change an item’s color, size, quantity, or delivery address— simply cancel your original order and place a new one. You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it.

Please look for and click a button that says "Edit/Cancel" on your order confirmation page (right after you place an order)  (check your Inbox, Promotions and Spam folders), click Cancel on the next step.

If you miss the 60 minute window and your items do not work out, you may return your items for store credit.

Please note that a return handling fee applies. This fee covers the cost of shipping the items back to us and the labor cost of inspecting the item.
