Returns & Exchanges (Store credit only)

We will be offering an extended return period for the holiday season.

From November 1st through December 15th, all purchases will be eligible for returns through January 31, 2025, giving you more time to exchange or return items.

You may return new, unworn items with tags for store credit for the amount you paid for the items within 30 days from the date of purchase (no adjustments are made).

To qualify for an exchange, items must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

You can exchange items with a handling fee of $4.95 payable upon return submission. New orders will be shipped when the return is processed. Once the return is completed, please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive confirmation of your new order.

*Any discount given on the item/order will not be honored if you are exchanging for a different item or color.

Orders and Checkout

You can't make changes to your order once placed but you can cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing the order.

Please look for and click a button that says "Edit or Cancel Order" on your order confirmation page (right after you place an order) or at the bottom of your order confirmation email (check your Inbox, Promotions and Spam folders), click Cancel on the next step.

If you need to change an item’s color, size, or quantity, or your shipping selection or delivery address— simply cancel your original order and place a new one.

If you miss the 90 minute window and your items do not work out, you may return your items for store credit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders once they have been placed. You can edit or cancel your order within 90 minutes.

If you need a different size or color upon receiving, you can process an exchange. Exchange's will have a handling fee of $4.95 payable upon return submission. New orders will be shipped once the return is processed(in route to our warehouse). Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive confirmation of your new order.

There are no price adjustments on previous orders.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (not including weekends).

Once you receive the tracking number please give it 24 to 48 hours to update with a delivery date.

During the peak time of November and December orders might take longer to ship, thank you for your patience.

All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

You may enter the codes or e-gift card serial numbers at checkout. Look for a box that says "Gift card or discount code"

Shipping and Tracking

U.S orders usually take 4-6 business days to be shipped, and after that 5-10 business days to be delivered. International orders usually take 20 business days to be delivered. During the peak time of November and December orders might take longer to ship, thank you for your patience.

Tracking information on your order will automatically be sent to the email that was provided when placing the order. Please allow 4-6 business days after placing the order to receive tracking information. During the peak time of November and December orders might take longer to ship, thank you for your patience.

We unfortunately, do not have an option for expedited shipping at the moment. 

Orders usually can take 3 to 5 business days to ship. Once an order ships, the transit time is usually 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

 

There's nothing worse than tracking an order until it shows it was recently delivered falsely. We would like to extend our sincerest apologies first and foremost. We take great pride in making sure you get what you paid for! To initiate locating your package, please follow these three steps below:

Please give yourself a full business day in the case the delivery carrier marked your package delivery early.Kindly, double check with any family members or anyone who may have picked up the package and forgotten to tell you. If you live in an apartment complex please check the parcel locker or with the management office. Lastly, reach out to the specific postal carrier to file a claim for a missing package to receive assistance in retrieving your package. Orders can take up 3 to 5 business days to ship. Once an order has been shipped, the transit time is usually 10 to 20 business days depending on where the order is being shipped to, it may be longer. 

Please note that in some cases you may be responsible for taxes and duties upon delivery.

OUR PRODUCTS

Tee

  • CHEST: Measure from arm pit to arm pit, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
  • BODY LENGTH: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to the bottom hem, keeping the tape straight.

Shorts

  • WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (usually where your body bends sideways), making sure the tape remains level.
  • OUTSEAM: Measure from the top of your waistband down to the desired length, keeping the tape straight.

We carry both Kids and Adult sizing.

All kids items will have the word 'Kids' prior to the item name. For example, it would say 'Kids OT Classic Tee' compared to an adult item just saying 'OT Classic Tee'.

For youth sizing please follow this age guide as well as the product specific size chart:

SM (7-8), MD (9-10), L (11-12), XL (13+)
