Orders and Checkout

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

To separate ourselves from the rest, we give you the power to edit your order yourself! You are given a 2 hour grace period starting when you first place the order to change your address, adjust the quantities, edit the size, or insert or remove items entirely. The edit button is located on your order status page. This can be found in the email you provided when placing the order. 

You may enter the codes or e-gift card serial numbers at checkout. Look for a box that says "Gift card or discount code"

Shipping and Tracking

Tracking information on your order will automatically be sent to the email that was provided when placing the order. Please allow 2-4 business days after placing the order to receive tracking information. If after 4 days of not being notified with tracking, you may reach out to us at shop@itsovertime.com and will further investigate the status of your order!

U.S orders usually take 5-10 business days to be delivered. International orders usually take 20 business days to be delivered. Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number ;)

There's nothing worse than tracking an order until it shows it was recently delivered falsely. We would like to extend our sincerest apologies first and foremost. We take great pride in making sure you get what you paid for! To initiate locating your package, please follow these three steps below:

Please give yourself a full business day in the case the delivery carrier marked your package delivery early.Kindly, double check with any family members or anyone who may have picked up the package and forgotten to tell you. If you live in an apartment complex please check the parcel locker or with the management office. Lastly, reach out to the specific postal carrier to file a claim for a missing package to receive assistance in retrieving your package. If after following these steps, you were still unable to retrieve your order, reach out to us at shop@itsovertime.com so we can take care of it.

Please note that in some cases you may be responsible for taxes and duties upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for store credit for all new unworn items with tags ordered within 30 days

As soon as you ship the return, please fill out this Return Request Form at your earliest convenience. This is a necessary step for processing the return!Once submitted, please allow up to one business day to process the request and your store credit will be distributed soon after in the form of an e-gift card to our shop.

*Please note all sale items, promotional items, bundles, and masks are not eligible for returns.
