Choose the item you'd like to return and provide the reasons for returning. You can select and return multiple items from the same order in a single process.
Please avoid submitting separate returns for each item, as this will create multiple return labels for a single order.
If you’d like to exchange the same item for a different size, click ‘Exchange for a new size.’ This will display the sizes currently available for that item. This is a even exchange so additional fee's will not incur except the handling fee.
If you'd like to exchange for a different color, item, or the same item in a kids or adult size, please choose "Return for store credit or exchange for a different item."
Then press "Shop Now with $XX" to be redirected to a replica Overtime site. From there, choose your desired item and add it to your cart.
Please avoid pressing the back button on your browser, as this will exit the return portal and prevent you from directly processing your exchange.
- If you used a discount code and are exchanging for a different item it will not be applicable for the exchanged order.
If you can't find the item you're looking for or it's out of stock, you can return it for store credit. This credit never expires and can be used on any item in our shop.
Once the item is received by our warehouse you will receive a code via email. If you have any trouble finding the email please double check your spam or promotional folder. The subject line would say, " OVERTIME $XX store credit".
After selecting, you'll be directed to the final page to submit your return. If the new item is of a higher value, you'll need to pay the difference. Any unused store credit will be issued to you via email once the return is processed.
The return label will be sent to the email associated with the order. If you have trouble locating the label, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to resend it.
