Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be new, unworn, and include original tags.

 

- Returns will be refunded as store credit. Store credit is sent by email once item is returned.

 

- You are able to exchange for a different size or item. Exchanges will have a handling fee of $2.95. You must ship back the return in order to receive new exchange item.

 

- If your product is defective please email us at shop2itsovertime.com so that we may resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

 

*Any discount given on the item/order will not be honored if you are exchanging for a different item or color.
