Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, and have all original tags attached. Customers who did not purchase Checkout+ at checkout will be subject to a $10 handling fee for returns.

All refunds will be in the form of store credit. Store credit is sent by email once item is returned.

You are able to exchange for a different size or item. You must ship back the return in order to receive new exchange item.

If your product is defective please email us at shop@itsovertime.com so that we may resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to return for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

*Any discount given on the item/order will not be honored if you are exchanging for a different item or color.
