I accidentally purchased an Adult Size but need a Kids Size, how can I exchange?

So sorry to hear you purchased an Adult size. All of our adult and youth sizes are considered separate product. ALL youth kids will have the word 'Kids' in the product title. To process an exchange, follow the usual prompts and select a reason for the return. Please choose the "Return for store credit or to Change Size/Color/Product", and then  Shop Now. This allows you to search our site for any product desired.

 

I purchased a Kids Youth XL and need a Adult Small, how can I exchange?

I purchased my item on sale, will I be able to get the same discount on my exchange order?

If you received a discount on your order and are exchanging the same product for a different size (example: Kids YL to YXL) this would be considered a even exchange and only be charged the return fee. If you are exchanging a product for a different item (Kids YXL to Adult Small) the discount code would not apply. Our discount codes are non-transferable.

 

Can I apply store credit or discount codes to my exchange?

Unfortunately, our return portal does not accept any codes to check out. If you have any codes you'd like to apply please return your order for store credit and use this credit to go towards a new order.

 

Can I edit my return or exchange?

We are only able to remove an item from return or change an exchange to a return for store credit. If you need to change the item or size please email us to cancel or cancel on though your return confirmation page.

 

Why didn't receive an item in my exchange order?

When processing an exchange, initiating does not guarantee you will receive the product as it a spot holder. If an item does go out of stock prior to the completion of the return, you will receive store credit in the cost of the item to your email. If you have trouble finding that credit please let us know via email.

 

Where is my exchange order?

In order to receive the new order you must return your current order. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of shipping your return back. 

 

How can I return my International order?

 Regrettably, at the moment, we're unable to offer free return labels for international customers. Please email us with you return request so we can assist in a resolution.
