Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Overtime gift cards (“eGift Cards”) are issued by Overtime and are redeemable exclusively at shop.overtime.tv for eligible merchandise.

Usage & Redemption

• Gift Cards may only be used on shop.overtime.tv and are not valid at any other retailers or platforms.
  

• Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.

• Discount codes, promotions, or other offers cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards unless explicitly stated.

Sales Are Final

• Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable after 60 minutes from purchase.

• Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Balance & Expiration

• Gift Cards do not expire and no fees are associated with their use or maintenance.

Fraud & Misuse

Overtime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, void, refuse, or suspend any Gift Card, order, or associated account without refund if we suspect the Gift Card or order was obtained, used, or attempted to be used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a misleading manner. This includes the right to block accounts from future purchases.

Limitation of Liability

Overtime is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
