Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. All Items must be new, unworn, and include original tags. 

All refunds will be in the form of store credit. Store credit is sent by email once item is returned.

You are able to exchange for a different size or item. Exchanges will have a handling fee of $2.95. You must ship back the return in order to receive new exchange item.

If your product is defective please email us at shop@itsovertime.com so that we may resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to return for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

*Any discount given on the item/order will not be honored if you are exchanging for a different item or color.
