For U.S. Customers:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. All returns are issued as store credit and do not incur a return fee.

Exchanges:
To qualify for an exchange, items must be new, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a $2.95 handling fee.
Once your return is completed (shipped back), a new exchange order will be created. Please allow 24–48 hours after the return is processed to receive confirmation of your new order.
For International Customers:
You may return your items within 30 days of purchase. For more information, please contact us at shop@itsovertime.com.

You will need:
- Your six-digit order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- The email address or shipping ZIP code used on the order.
International orders: please contact shop@itsovertime.com for return instructions.

To return a gift, you will need the order number and the gift giver’s ZIP code or email address. If you don’t have this information, please reach out to us with the name of the gift giver and the item(s) you received so we can assist you further.
When processing a return or exchange, the gift giver will not be notified.

Sale items marked 30% off or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Additionally, sale items purchased during Warehouse Sale event are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale and are unable to apply discount codes to past orders.
Purchasing early helps ensure you secure the item while it’s still in stock, as many of our products sell out quickly.

You can't make changes to your order once placed but you can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing the order.
Please look for and click a button that says "Edit or Cancel Order" on your order confirmation page (right after you place an order) or at the bottom of your order confirmation email (check your Inbox, Promotions and Spam folders), click Cancel on the next step.
If you need to change an item’s color, size, or quantity, or your shipping selection or delivery address— simply cancel your original order and place a new one.
If you miss the 60 minute window and your items do not work out, you may return your items for store credit or exchange for something else.

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping for U.S. customers, and Standard shipping for international customers.
U.S. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and costs $11.95. Orders over $95 qualify for free Standard shipping. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days and costs $19.95.
International Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination, and costs $19.95. Orders over $145 qualify for free international shipping. While we ship worldwide, some shipping restrictions may apply based on location.
All orders ship within 1–3 business days, though this may vary based on order volume.

- CHEST: Measure from arm pit to arm pit, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
- BODY LENGTH: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to the bottom hem, keeping the tape straight.
Shorts
- WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (usually where your body bends sideways), making sure the tape remains level.
- OUTSEAM: Measure from the top of your waistband down to the desired length, keeping the tape straight.

All kids items will have the word 'Kids' prior to the item name. For example, it would say 'Kids OT Classic Tee' compared to an adult item just saying 'OT Classic Tee'.
